Problems with 3dmark06

So I built my new rig about 3 weeks ago and wanted to run some benchmarks now that I have it OC'd. I've tried to run 3dmark06 multiple times with multiple installs and it never starts. The box pops up saying its going to scan my system then it never advances past that screen. I have the AISuite app open that came with my Asus board and it shows that there is activity, both cores working at 80% but 3dmark never advances past the "scanning system" opening box. Any ideas what I could try or why it would be doing this? I tried turning down the OC to stock and it still didnt work, though I doubt that would be the problem, its been stable at 4.0 for over a week running all my games and everything, never crashed at all.

Thanks in advance for any help. I really want to get this running, I have a 4870 card coming in next week and want to see the difference I get between the 4850 and the 4870.
