using a 64 3000 (CG clawhammer )

cpuz reads 2009.1 at default (should be 2000.0), and continues to do this no matter what setting. at 217, 233, same thing- i get 218 and 234 in my ram frequency/HTT
and FSB/DRAM wil always read CPU/10. ive tried lowering HTT, multi, and alot of different memory settings. whats my problem ?
 
motherboard makers always try to squeeze in a few extra mhz stock to bump their scores up usually by setting the stock fsb at 200.9 and hoping nobody will notice

im not sure what you mean otherwise though, is the cpu stuck at 2000mhz and wont go up or down no matter what your doing?

Using that motherboard, if you try to overclock and it doesent like it the speed, it defaults to 2ghz although the settings in the bios show the overclocked settings
 
well, say i overclock the cpu to 217 right,
instead of the HTT and ram frequency being 217 there 218.

and just like default should be 2000.0 @ 200 - (HTT and ram frequency should be 200) but there both at 200.9.

so when im at 217 it should be 2170.0 @ 217.
but it winds up being 2179.6 @ 218

this in turn (i think) makes the FSB:RAM read CPU/10

im just tryin to make me memory run 1:1 at any speed, thats what i cant do.
 
Sounds to me like it is running at 1:1. And alot of mainboard makers run their FSB at even intevals like it seems that yours is doing. If you get 2GHz at a 200FSB, then your RAM is also running 200 or CPU/10.

I just did a test with sisoft sandra standard @ 217 (ddr 433) and got scores of 3309 vs 3066 at default (ddr 400) so i guess im good.
just didnt like seeing the cpu/10, thought it meant they were divided or in asynchronous mode.
