I currently have a A64 3200 Orleans core AM2.
I am having trouble just upping it 100 mhz, without a .01V boost!
I cannot OC to 200 mhz with the same .01V boost.
Last owner said he got 3GHZ out of it and got to ~2.3-2.4 on stock volts or a small .01 boost.
I have lowered the HTT multi to X3, and upped ram to 2V. I should be getting a little bit more out of it.

I have the Gigabyte M61P-S3 board and onboard graphics disabled.
It is perfectly stable in Windows with nTune at ~2.25, with no V boost.
I am going to flash the BIOS tomorrow and also receiving a PSU Wed.
My PSU currently is a 430W Thermaltake, that is rated ~340 or so in reviews.

Specs:
Athlon 3200 Orleans AM2
G.Skill DDR2 800 5-5-5-15
eVGA 7800GT 490/1150 stable
Gigabyte M61P-S3 6150SE/430

Also, has anyone had luck with the @BIOS that comes with Gigabyte boards, or should I find my USB flash drive and use Qflash?

No problems now!!!! Got to 2.5 at stock volts, but way too unstable, couldn't even paste in to paint from CPU-z!!!
It is now stable at 2.45. and 35s PI time. Not bad for a 30 dollar CPU and 80 dollar ram, and 80 dollar motherboard, with old school chipset.
I would say new BIOS helped me out.
OMFG slow Imageshack.

New power supply would probably help. You have a decent video card that might suck a bit of power and a pretty wussy power supply that you're probably not getting very clean volts with. I had that power supply I think, came with my Tsunami, blew up in less than a year. And I only had a 3000+ Winchester slightly overclocked with a 9800Pro!

But yeah, good to see the BIOS helped. I wouldn't be afraid to up the volts more though if you're heat is ok.

Yeah I got this back from RMA ~2-3 months ago, broke down after adding some CCFLs with only an AXP at 1.75V and 2 512s 1 HD and X800GTO :p

Yeah was more unstable at 2.5 with +.1V than at stock volts!!! So I think it is a PSU issue, also ordering a 3600 X2 Brisbane.
