I just recieved an Asus M2N32-SLI motherboard. This board has the EZ-Flash 2 program that is suppose to let you flash the BIOS from a usb stick or CDROM.
I can get into the EZ-Flash app via the BIOS menu, however it only shows two drive A: and B:, the B: drive appears to map to my DVD drive. Not sure about the A:.
So I first tried putting the *.bin file on my usb stick, but EZ-Flash does not see it, I confirmed that the usb stick and port do work on this machine via knoppix.
Next I tried putting the *.bin on a CDROM, EZ-Flash can see the file structure of the CDROM but not the bin file.
What am I doing wrong and what other options do I have to update the BIOS? I do not have a floppy drive, and I want to flash the board before installing windows. I have an nvidia 7950 and I need to update the bios to get it to work correctly according to Asus.
