Problems Flashing Bios on BFG 680I

Just picked up one of the BFG 680I mobo's from the hot deals link.
I also grabbed a wolfdale E8400, I need to flash the bios to p32, for some reason though I can't seem to get it to work for me. I am getting it to post using a e6600.

I put the 3 files on a formatted floppy, set it to boot off the floppy first, fired it up. Everything looks right until it gets to a screen that says

Nvidia Boot Agent 244.0538
Pxe-E61 Media test failure
Pxe-M0F exiting Nvidia Boot agent

then it just loops through this indefinitely.

It happens whether I put the floppy disk in or not.

Any ideas I am at my wits end on this one.

Disconnect all drives and boot the machine. Go in to CMOS, choose reset to defaults, reboot. Make sure it doesn't do that again. Shut down the machine. Connect the floppy drive and nothing else. Try again.
