Problems booting Windows

I am currently overclocking my Q6600 and whenever I try to adjust the voltage to my CPU Windows will not boot.

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong.

My specs are in my sig...Vista 64 Bit.

Check Gigabytes website for an updated bios. They usually list previous bios issues addressed by the update.
