problems after sleep

Ive got W7 64 bit. When my computer is awaken from sleep mode, every now and then i will have a black screen. Everything sounds and looks like it is on(Hard drive spins, fans on), but i have a black screen.

I hit my reset button on my case(Antec 902) 2 times and then it does a disk check for consistency.

I was hoping someone could help me out with this.

Update drivers, especially video, and update the bios. But well, I've never had sleep work well (in my current Win 7 setup, sleep causes the Media Center Remote to not work until a reboot is done), so imo it's better just to shutdown or do like me and leave the computer on 24/7.
