Problem with wireless card when overclocking

While i am overclocked whenever i go into Battlefield 2 and CS:S and get into a game my ping spikes up to like 500. If i leave a command prompt open running ping www.google.com /t i normally get like 50 ms , while in the game it also spikes up to 500ms. I know there are ways to lock the PCI clock, how do i do it on my motherboard?

Also if i have a few dir /s's going to get the CPU usage up to 100% it does the same thing

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum / SLI
A64 3200+ Winchester @ 2.5ghz (250x10)
1x Geforce6800 GT 256MB
OCZ PC3200 Plat rev2 2.5-3-3-8
WD74GB Raptor

How are you linking it to the PCI clock lock?

I would just make sure that all the wireless settings are correct, and do a fresh reinstall of the wireless card.

Two questions:

1) How are your pings when you ping another computer on your network/when pinging your router?

2) Does this happen when you're on a wired connection?

Ok i just un-overclocked it and it does the same exact thing.

1. It does the same thing when pinging my router

2. No it only started when i moved to my parents house and i am forced to use a wireless connection here.

One other thing, when sending traffic over the wireless network i can "hear" it on my audigy 2 sound card.

The wireless card i am using is a Pheobe 802.11G card. I reinstalled the latest drivers from their website, i also found some more recently updated drivers that use the same chipset from a different manufacturer, same problem.

Two more ideas:

1) Try moving your wireless card to a different PCI slot.
2) When you say it didn't happen before, do you mean that you were using the exact same config (audigy + wireless)?
