I'm having issues with mounting true crypt(TC) containers that are on my 2TB WD SATA2 WD20EARS 5400RPM HDD.

It loads smaller true crypt containers of 100GB, but with a 350GB container is crashing TrueCrypt and making my system unstable.

I've managed to mount it by changing various settings (read only, mount as external drive etc) on TC and it finally loads, now I'm in the processing of backing up the files inside the 350GB container.

So this has started happening in last day, i'm suspecting its a reading issue with the HDD. Basically its mounting with difficulty and reading files in the container are slow and either dont open or take a long time or crash explorer.
