If not allowed this can be closed. There wasn't money exchanged yet as I was waiting for the build to arrive before paying. So I'm not out anything, but out of 70+ transactions on here this is my first problem I've encountered. I just wanted to give a heads up about them.

I was looking for a build for the volunteer fire department I am on. Had several replies and ended up going with one.

I was set to get a build from them on here. Started out fine, they told me on November 26th they were going to ship out on Dec 2nd due to holiday and family stuff. I then waited for a week and asked for an update on December 4th. December 5th they told me they were out of town a few days longer then expected, sent video of the machine in question to show me about it, and said they would be shipping it out the next day. December 10th I asked if they had shipped it out, and the same day they told me they did and would get me tracking when they got home.

I have not heard back from them since and have tried to reach out a couple times. I am not sure if they have been online or not since. They have their profile locked down.
 
If you paid with PayPal Goods and Services, open a case to get your money back.

This may be why there is no sense of urgency on the sellers part.
There is heatware here for a seller of the same name. If your seller is one in the same only 14 positive feedback but looks good.
I would just be patient considering the unusual circumstances or....
Send Zoop99 a PM tell him you want to cancel and find another deal if he is no longer interested and wait for a reply.
I would wait for 7 days and if no response then send another stating you are moving on to another seller.
The documentation is important to prove due diligence in the event something goes wrong.
 
So what you're saying is we might need to get a new firestation machine together?

Okay thanks. I was wondering whether or not he has been since I can't see that info. Makes me feel a bit better knowing it wasn't something like dealing with a compromised account or anything like that.

I have sent multiple PMS to him after he stated it was shipped. The only reason I brought this up is he stated it was shipped and would provide tracking. I am not upset as I'm out nothing more than time.

It was going to be payment upon receiving the build. Thankfully I do not need to go this route as it stands.

No heat left as of now, and since there wasn't money exchanged, didn't feel like it was warranted. This is partly why I brought this hear as it's on the fence of being a transaction and isn't. I don't feel like they did anything malicious, but at the same time things were concerning.
