Problem with s-video

I have an ATI Radeon 9200SE video card. I use the s-video cable to go to my tv. Everything works fine BUT when i put on a movie, it displays on my computer screen but not on my tv. Can someone help me?
 
Its a setting in the advanced display settings, I forget the name of the check box but it has something to do with playing video on the tv. Poke around you'll find it, its hard to miss.
