I'm trying to connect to a Debian/GNU Linux server using the PuTTY program. It was working fine a couple nights ago, and then after putting some apache files on my computer, now it comes up with a "PuTTY Fatal... Out Of Memory" error message and kills the command prompt. What's going on with this? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks matt. I'm gonna send in a notice to the PuTTY team, and check the SSH on my server. Any other suggestions for a quick fix?

memmaker? hahah :p

seriously now, its a known bug that sometimes happens.. its even in most Putty FAQs. Unfortunely, I do not believe Putty has solved this as of yet.

It has happened to a school comp lab before.. and it took a couple of retries to finally go through
