Problem with PII xeons

I bought a board with dual P2 Xeons to use as a cheapo local file server, with a S2DGU board. after getting everything assembled I go to boot and it freezes at the video card ID... so all i get is "ATI RV250".... any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
