Problem with PC4300

I picked up some Buffalo PC4300

Set timings manually in bios to 3-4-4-8 at 250MHz.

Voltages I tried from 2.8 to 3.0 in my IC7 Max3. In my IC7 I used 2.8V.

Same result for both boards.

Some games work fine, BF1942 and Morrowind.

Some games hard lock after a minute or two. NHL2002 and Deus Ex.

These games worked fine with my other memory.

I need some advice here. I don't know where to go from here.
