problem with nvidia drivers 77.72

i just updated my gfx drivers to the new 77.72 drivers that are on nvidia's website for some odd reason whenever i watch a movie ither on wmp or a dvd the color is all messed up ? looks like the gamma and saturation are like uber maxed though they are defaults everything else looks fine but movies and such are all messed up.... btw i have a geforce 6800gt

You have to go into your display properties and color profiles. Select "All" from the top drop down, and select Advanced from the Profile dropdown.

I noticed this when i was watching some videos on the internet blowing thier engines... idiots :D

and since im stuck on dialup til charter gets thier bullcrap together could someone hoax me up with that link ???

feel bad for me 24.4kbps isnt fast :( :p
 
Pandora's Box had the solution for me at least:

"nvidia control panel
color correction
color profile: advanced mode
apply color changes to: all
hit apply."

Found in the Nvidia section.

I do feel bad for you. I didn't know they still had 24.4k.....it must be a locational thing.

Edit: I thought you meant 24k internet lol.
 
sometimes it connects at 50.1 .. im too annoyed to care :rolleyes:

Are these drivers known to also slow up systems when trying to access such programs as Windows Media, Quicktime, Realplayer, etc? For some reason or another my system comes to an almost screeching halt when I try to access these programs, but one I escape things return to normal.
