Problem with my P180 Please help

two things:

1st. The internal thumbscrews for the drivebays and cable management stuff have shorter knobs. Make sure you put the same screws back in the same place. I suspect that one or more of the drivecage thumbscrews can cause a problem, if you put the tall ones in instead of the shorts.

2nd. Be very careful and make sure you got the 'teeth' on the door properly slotted in. They'll make the side stick out just enough so the screw won't fit, and it might not be obvious that is what is going on.

The thumbscrews are the correct ones

Here is a picture of what happens in the front of the case... as you can see one side (on the left in the picture (bottom of the case if it is standing)) is sticking out... however if i push it in (with force) i can screw the screw into the bottom... but not the top

i have the same problem as you have with the top screw not being able to be screwed in unless you use a little bit of force.

As with mine though, the side door is flush with the front of the case when i have this problem, and yes i have all of the correct thumb screws in. I think it may be a case flaw. I can get it to screw in if i use a screw driver, but not by hand.
