also when i try to press f6 when it ask it will not let me.
please i need help bad.

not totally sure what you are saying, but I assume you are trying to load the raid drivers off of a floppy disk right? And when you press F6 when windows asks, nothing happens??

yes that is want i am saying. plus if i let windows continue installing it goes on for a while until it gives me this message. unable to load mass storage device.

yea that's weird, windows should prompt up asking you to insert a floppy in the disk drive to load the raid drivers. You have a floppy connected to your system and the floppy is enabled in the bios right? Maybe keep pressing F6 a bunch of times until the message goes away??
