I recently cleaned my cp, and when i turned it back on my game was lagging, i play runescape 3. My gpu is now running at 100 percent when the game is running but it never did that before. the temperatures are all fine running at 57 degrees celsius but everything in game looks choppy. Before i cleaned it everything was perfect. I didnt use compressed air because i didnt know that was a thing yet, i used a cloth.

first thing to try is reseating it if you had it out, make sure its in the slot good and the power cable plugged in all the way. if it still doing it maybe try redoing the drivers.
also, some system specs will help us know what youre dealing with.

im sorry im new to the pc world. i uninstalled and installed amd software, but the problem is still the same.
I never actually unplugged the graphics card, I was using a cloth to wipe away all the dust.
what do you mean by specs, im sorry if i sound like a dummie

Use an ESD electric air duster (I use an old Metro Vacuum ED500P DataVac 500-Watt, 75-HP Electric Duster), and for finer cleaning, hog bristle paintbrushes. When you use a cloth, you risk accidentally pulling off a small component. The only time I use a cloth is for cleaning fan blades, and I usually use 99.9% isopropyl alcohol with it since if I'm going that far to clean, might as well go all the way.

Hopefully it's just a connector coming loose, just double check everything is seated correctly.

ok, then just push on it and the power cable, make sure they are seated right.
open system properties and list what the specs are, cpu, ram gpu etc
