problem with my 19" viewsonic a90f+

I checked around, but couldnt find a definite answer.

Heres a description of my prob:

A while ago, my monitor (viewsonic a90f+ 19" CRT) started getting these tiny litty lines across the screen horizontally.

Then all of a sudden it went away.

Now its happening again, but goes away after a bit, and then comes back.

Im stumped. Ive checked my VMOIR and HMOIR settings like Ive been suggested , but theyre both set to 0% .

Any ideas?
