Problem with MSI P67a-G45

I've got a problem with my p67a-G45.

I'm working on my new build and am not getting anything when I turn the power on (on the initial boot). The 4 led's on the board are solid blue after the power is on.

I have reseated all cables, CPU (i5-2500K), ram (1 4gb stick of corsair vengeance 1600 in the first slot) and the GPU (6950 TFIII). I have also tried it with a GPU (8800gt) out of an older system of mine that I know works and still nothing.

Any ideas, or does it sound like I need to RMA the board and or CPU?

This turned out to be a problem with the motherboard. I picked up a p67a-GD55 that was on sale at Fry's this afternoon and after moving everything over it booted right up with out any issues.
 
My p67a-C43 did the same thing, but I found out that it shipped from the factory with the cmos clear jumper in the "reset" position.

Moved it over and it fired right up.
