Problem with memory

Hi guys

i have this configuration
Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L
Kingston 1 GB DDR2-800
Apacer 2GB PC2-6400 CL5
Е7400

This is my problem,everything was worked perfect before i changed the cpu i had D 430 before,when i turn on PC first 4-5 times apacer memory wasnt worked (Computer>properties) i can see just 1GB memory but i check in everest and it was there,then switched the memory's and nothing keyboard dont work monitor is off ... nothing,if i put just kingston memory works perfectly,any solution please.
