Problem with LG DVD burner!!!Please help

I have problems with this burner LG HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10N.I didnt know where to post this so.Sometimes it want to copy files from DVD or CD and same thing hapens when i want to backup my DVD with dvd shrink.I always get this message.So every help would be whery apriciated.Is something wrong with my burner or is it something else wrong :confused: .

I've seen this error when I try to backup/read copy protected DVDs.
Is this the case?
