problem with gpu i believe, need help

I recently cleaned my cp, and when i turned it back on my game was lagging, i play runescape 3. My gpu is now running at 100 percent when the game is running but it never did that before. the temperatures are all fine running at 57 degrees celsius but everything in game looks choppy. Before i cleaned it everything was perfect. I didnt use compressed air because i didnt know that was a thing yet, i used a cloth.
