Problem with Fan Controller

I currently own a Lamptron FC-2. I testes this controller with a couple fans and it seemed to work great.

I then connected this fan:http://www.xoxide.com/coolermaster-r4-120mmfan-green.html

The light does turn along with the knob, but the fans do not move. If i turn the knob back and forth, the fan does turn very slightly, but immediately stops.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is>?

Thanks for any help.

Could be a dead motor , a bad circuit in the controller (to be sure test this theory with one of the other fans on this channel), a issue of not enough power, or the switch for that fan channel may be physical broken.

I do not think so. As i have stated, i connected a couple other fans to it and it properly worked.

The problem fans also work just fine when connected directly to the power supply or motherboard.

There are 3 ports on the fan controller to connect to the power supply, but its not like i have to connect them all right?

I'm not quite sure then, that is possible, no manual? If not, give it a shot , and keep us updated so we can shoot more ideas at it

No manual, ill try some things... I think it may be that the voltage going through the fans is only going to the led instead of fan motor. When i turn the controller i feel some increasing vibration on the fan although it isnt moving.
