Problem with Corsair H100

So I built another rig with a mid-tower case a couple months ago and looked pass a few minor details that might be bad...one that bothers me is the H100 closed loop cooler. Basically I have the RAD and fans at the top except that due to the MSI motherboard im using the heatsinks & ram gets in the way of the 2nd fan so only 1 fan out of the 2 can be installed. Is this a big problem or what? The computer seems to run fine for the most part. Hasn't had any heating issues as far as I can tell.

What im trying to ask is what should I do about this? Exactly how big of a deal is it? I'll try and get a picture in a minute,

Thanks guys.

Case is a level 10 GTS Mid-tower so I don't think theres much that can be done in the way of more space. Ironically enough sitting right next to it is a Full-tower Level 10 GT with a H80 in it.

You just will lose performance. Take a look at your temps and see if they are decent.

Just get a better quality than stock fan ( arctic cooling F12 PWM ) and set it to pull through the rad. It will likely perform better, and quieter, than the previous setup did with dual fans.

You'll be ok, especially if you have a lot of positive pressure in your case. It's not a huge deal.

Really? Lack of 1 fan on the rad will give a hit in performance?

Why would it not degrade the AIO's performance to not have half of its fans working?

That said, unless you have a major OC or a really bad airflow-having case, I doubt the performance hit will be an issue.

I have a decent OC on my i2500k but only use an H60 with one fan (and less radiator). I'm not shattering any records, but it stays cool.

I wouldn't worry about it. I use a 120mm radiator with the fan on low and my temp was never an issue. As long as your comp can control the fanspeed, there's nothing to worry about.

What about shimming it so the radiator is mounted further away from the motherboard?
