Helping a friend and not a ddr3 person. Does anyone see anything wrong here:

You might give us a clue what you are worried about... All I can see is that speedstep is still on so the CPU is dropping frequency when idle.
 
All the information listed there is related to the CPU and has nothing to do with DDR3. There does not appear to be anything out of the ordinary.
