problem with bios flash

ok i tried to flash the bios on my x700 pro to the x700xt one i found i have all the stuff i need to do it. but the thing says the rom is locked how would i go about unlocking it so i can flash.
 
c hk is bios protect is enabled in bios

or

if protect bios jumper is enabeled phyiscally on the mobo
 
no i dont think so? i never knew u could flash the rom on a vga or is it firmware we are talking abt?
 
I just flash my x700pro using x700xt bios
but after flash it .it turn to x700se
can someone help me
and ..i use memory clock to 499.50 .. 999.000mhz
core clock 445.50
can it damage my pci-e
