Problem with Atara

Atara/Sam Shreve scammed me out of two 5850s earlier this year. I made up most of the money I lost from him by threatening to take him to small claims in his own county (even after my travel expenses I would have come out on top).

If you need any information on him I have his address, his mom's info, ect. Fuck this guy. If you do a search in the TTT forums on his name you'll dig up our thread from this year with all his info in it.

Still emailing with Sam Shreeve(Atara), yet nothing but bullshit and lame excuses. Compiling lawsuit, waiting for translation of our PM's right now. Local court accepts only Russian documents. Friends from law university help me with every step of gathering proof. I guess multiple times when people got scammed by his will tight the rope. People who's been scammed, don't hesitate and be afraid, stand up for yourself!

Why would you need to translate? Are you planning on suing him in Russia...? Don't really see how that would work.

Well, my friend who's learning on lawyer asked about all this situation in his university, and they suggested to go to Russian court at first. If they won't take the case, then... don't remember now, maybe some International court. )) And translation is needed because in Russia official language is Russian, it's kind of requirement.
