Hi, i'm italian!!! :)
Yesterday i bought my aspire x-qpack, but i see that the psu make an incredible noise...i make a sound similar to zzzz or ssshshh
I tell you if your psu aspire make the same sound?
Thanks to all!!! ;)

Aspire doesn't make great PSUs...most of us here suggest getting a different full sized ATX one. But if not, I would RMA the PSU and get a new one.

But for example an Lc power with 120x120fan in the bottom is good for this configuration:
Amd 3000+ Winchester
6600gt 500/1000
120gb maxtor sata
40gb maxtor ata
dvd-rw nec 3025a

But there aren't any problem if the psu have the 120x120fan in the bottom? The fan don't touch the internal part of qpack?

Non c'è nessuno là shouldnt un problema, unità in pieno graduata del gruppo di alimentazione di A si adattare ma può colpire la Cd-ROM.

NO

L&C = Deer, Deer = Really bad things!

L&C and DEER PSU's have a nasty habbit of Dyeing and taking alot of other stuff with it!
I would not get a Deer or L&C PSU, Get something like Fortron, or Sparkle, They dont cost that much more but they are reliable!
