Problem with 4850 and tv

Just bought 32inch 120hz 1080p tv.
Right now I have 4850 with latest driver.
I went into ccc and setted my tv as duplicate as my monitor(23inch)
so its running 1920x1080.
My tv shows screen for about 5 min then my both monitor and tv just go blank. I tried clicking and moving but no use. I have to reset my desktop.
Anybody had problem like this?

Also what can i do to use the full 120hz?
btw is it normal to be text be little fuzzy?
Thank you. Going to try vga cable tomorrow(no dvi =( on tv)
