I was looking to order a WD 3TB Green Drive from Amazon, and found this notice on the page for this drive:

"Item Under Review

While this item is available from other marketplace sellers on this page, it is not currently offered by Amazon.com because customers have told us there may be something wrong with our inventory of the item, the way we are shipping it, or the way it's described here. (Thanks for the tip!)

We're working to fix the problem as quickly as possible."

Is there a known issue with this drive?

Also, will this (3 Gig) work correctly on an Intel Sandy Bridge board?

EDIT: Apparently the notice is appearing for ALL sizes of the Green Drive...

It will work fine. Greens often have issues with Hardware RAID but as general drives are fine. That said, I am not a particular fan of the greens, and for a few bucks more 7200RPM drives are generally faster for OS use.
