Problem w/SBA Gamer

[133]

Sometimes when i play BF1942 & Half-Life (&mods) i get a crackling sound from my speakers and it really annoys me.

Is there a fix for this or a cause ?

(i have all the latest drivers installed)

What the hell is an SBA Gamer? Some kind of SoundBlaster Knockoff? Have you tried moving your speakers wires? How about plugging the speakers into a different outlet? Different speakers all together?

Maybe putting the card in a nother PCI slot. Or turn off EAX, see if that helps.

SBA = Sound Blaster Audigy

yes i've moved my things around, and the speakers are in the right outlet. I don't think its my speakers, its the card.
