I have a link to a pic of the mess I'm seeing on my screen. Half of the screen looks somewhat pixelated and hard to see and the other half is fine. I have tried reinstalling ATI's 6.6 drivers and nothing. I think it might be overheating. I have never overclocked the card but I did overclock the cpu/mem before but everything is running at stock now and the problem has continued. Any help would be great. Thanks.

You got a big fan like a box fan or something that you can use to blow air on the card and see if the problem goes away? Maybe a little underclocking? Another computer to test it in? Check temperatures?
