Problem running Time Demo's

Need some help please, i get this message in the console when i try to run a time demo

ps, i have unpacked the Demo's into the Steam apps/macatak/HL2/HL2

But there is nothing called Directory or is the directory where the following files & folders are;
Folders: bin, media, cfg, resource, maps, SAVE
Files: demoheader.tmp, modelsounds. cache, scene .cache, voice_ban.dt, hardocptimedemo_canals01, hardocptimedeo_coast03
