I just have gotten into folding recently and I think I have finally got my rig set up how I like it producing 7500 PPD. I would like to know though if running my GPU at 60C all the time will cause it to die premarturely. I guess since I have a lifetime warranty from EVGA it doesn't really matter because they would replace it(right?), but are there going to be any ill effects running my hardware at 100% ALL the time? Thanks!

If NVIDIA think running hot for that long is issue, they wouldn't have allowed to release the new client

60C isn't all that hot for a gpu, you should be ok. Also with that lifetime warranty you are good to go if there is ever a problem! Where I live it got really hot recently and now that I am folding with the gpu client as well, my cool boxen have become hot boxen. I had a Q6600@3.2 that use to run 100% at about 59-60 max (AC freezer pro 7 cooler). I checked yesterday and the temp was 70C on the Q6600 and 74C on the 8800GT. That is a bit more toasty than I care for (for the Q6600). I got one of those 5 dollar PCI slot coolers from NewEgg that sucks the air out of your case. I put it between the powersupply and the 8800GT. The temps on the CPU are back down to 57-58C and the GPU is down to 62-64C. Not bad for a 5 spot.
Keep in mind the temps on an 8800GTX at load with stock cooling can get up around 85C...and that is supposed to be normal.
