Hello guys
Yesterday I received a Crossover 27qw from accessorieswhole. Shipping was surprisingly - no, make that incredibly - fast. I only did a quick check to see if everything is ok, and on first glance there were no dead pixels. Backlighbleeding seems to be normal/minor (two corners afflicted, only visible on black screen).
I'd like to vesa-mount the monitor, but I cannot for the life of me take off the stem of the stand. Here is a video showing the process (it's a different model, but it functions likewise):

In my case, the two screws holding the stem for the stand don't budge, even if I try with all force. Has anybody else encountered this problem? Is there a trick how to remove these two screws? I'd greatly appreciate some help.
