I have a bfg 6800 ultra pci-e card. On my new DFI SLI-DR I cant get it to boot while on pci-e slot 1 but number 2 i can, problem is that when you have one card and it is on the second its only put on x2 bandwidth and not x16.

I have the jumpers set correctly for single vga. I flashed my bios to the 2/09 beta, it still didnt work.

Please help me, I dont want this new build to be scrapped. I hope for a fix other than having to RMA the board due to broken slot.
