Have Abit IL8 mobo w/OCz DDR2533 (3-3-3-8) and a Presler 920. PSU is an Antec TruePower2 550. It's fine at stock speeds, and the motherboard even wanted to run the system @ 204MHz on the FSB with BIOS defaults, and things were okay. I decided recently it was time to overclock. I set RAM to 3:5, PCIE freq was locked, as was PCI. Set FSB to a mere 215MHz. System won't POST. Main screen won't even turn on, one reboot managed to display "Primary Processor: " and an otherwise blank screen. Reset CMOS via jumper, and it now posts so I can get into BIOS settings, and boot. What might I have done wrong?

Cooling:
Has stock HSF, in Antec P180 case, with the 3 stock tri-cool fans, set to high, plus one Silverstone 120mm in front of HDDs.
My actions taken:
Checked dram timings, manually set.
ram divider set to 3:5
PCIE set to 100
PCI set to 33
smart fan control disabled
FSB manual set to 215
saved
BIOS does not post
