problem Overclocking MSI P965 neo with e6400!

Anyone have this board, why i use the overclocking profile under" dynamic overclocking" it does not work, not matter which profile i use, the speed remain the same.

What is the problem? how to get overclocking profile work?

If adjust manually, how should i set ram latency to? I only intend to oc to 2.4GHZ on air.

Set the Ram divider to 667mhz. set vdimm to 2.0v. set the cpu speed up in mhz of 10 from the stock speed until it wont boot anymore, than go back 5mhz.

you might also have to set a pci-e frequency, a psb strap, nb strap, and other things sooo....i would do mroe research.
