Problem OC a A64 3200+ HELP!!!!!

Hello everyone, I picked up an ASUS K8N-E Mobo and went right to Oc'ing. I have a Clawhammer 3200+ 64. The only problem is now my OC is slower than my stock speed. Its at 1.16 GHz. When I went back into the bios to load the default, my stock speed is 800mhz. My sisoft sandra is reading the same speed. Anyone have any Ideas whats wrong. Heres some info
