Problem Installing OS

Every time I try to install the OS, it hangs at "Loading Windows Executive". Just built the system.
System specs:
Opteron 165 (CCBBE 0610DPMW)
Zalman 9500
DFI Sli-dr expert
2x1 gb ocz platinum 500mghz xtc
BFG 7800gtx
1-74gb raptor
1- WD 120gb 7,200
550W antec
 
It's most likely a hardware trouble then. Try each of the non-motherboard components in a different system, and different drives and video card on the motherboard.
 
Run memtest 86+ link in sig.

If it doesn't generate errors on the first pass, run it for several more hours, preferrably overnight.

0 errors is the only acceptable result.
