problem installing 3rd hard drive

i have an asus striker, and i cant get my 3rd western digital 500ks to show up in windows
i also have 2 sata plextor burners, which driver do i need to install from the asus striker dvd
to get the drive to show up, i am running the drives as sata, and don't need raid just yet.
my operating system is vista 64 bit, thanks.
