Problem: DFI nf4 - no onboard sound??

Just installed my new DFI nf4 ultra and my sound isn't working. Drivers are installed and everything shows up fine in device manager. Anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong? Thanks.
 
BIOS setting most likely.

I don't have that mobo (although my room-mate's will arrive in the mail today).

Look for something like "integrated peripherals" in your BIOS. On my old MOBO, integrated sound was off by default so in my stupidity I assumed it was broken and bought a SB 5.1 card... can't say I'm not happy with it though :)
 
i had messed w/ the jumpers on the karajan module. Shouldn't have done that. hehe. Its all good now. thx anyways.
