PROBLEM!!! COMPUTER BOOTS BUT NOTHING SHOWS!!!

When i try to boot up my computer, nothing shows up on my screen. All the fans spin but, when i start it, the red light for hard drive activity stays on but there is no activity, and i hear, beeeeep beep beep. I did nothing that i know of to cause this. I receded my memory and lan card but nothing is back. i booted it about a dozen times and still have the same problem. it worked 5 minutes ago before i shut it down, i didnt intall anything. PLEASE HELP ME it will be greatly appreciated, greatly.

My motherboard is, ECS K7SEM v1.0
My processor is AMD DURON 700mhz
and my ram is 320mb samsung (one 256mb and one 64mb sticks)
Integrated Video and Sound, SiS chips.

Sounds like the beep code has to do with the graphics card. Maybe try a dedicated graphics card.

wrong forum, but it sounds like a memory issue to me.

I had the same problem a while back and it ended up being a bad PSU.
