Problem booting help plz???

Okay, I had an eMachine computer, and I decided that I wanted to upgrade my motherboard and Processor. So I replaced them. I know have a 4400+ Dual core AMD processor (socket 939). Now I know my motherboard and processor are compatible with each other. (Both socket 939) And before people told me I had to reinstall Windows. So I did and now after the motherboard does it's checks, (IDE Devices and what not....) It just says boot failure and tells me to put in a startup disk. But the only startup disk I have is the one eMachines gave me. Does anybody have any suggestions? I'm fresh out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want to get my computer up and running.. . :(
