hey guys, everyone in a while i seem to be getting memory errors while gaming.. It is really starting to piss me off. I increased the size of my virtual memory and set it to a custom size of 1536-1536. This is the error

Code:
The instruction at "0x2406dd69" referenced memory at "0x00e8facc". The memory could not be "read".

Should i increase my virutal mem size again?
Any info would be great. Below are my system specs.

-DFI Infinity NF2 mobo
-1gb Corsair
-mobile amd 2500(1.8ghz) oc'd to 2.4ghz
-ATI radeon 9800 pro 256
-200gb seagate sata

You should beat the shit out of your computer and join us in the anger management thread.

That error has nothing to do with virtual memory. It most likely has to do with your overclocked system and you corsair memory crapping out on you.

Download Prime95 and run the torture test and i bet it craps out with an error in the first 30 minutes of testing.

BTW, if you have a fixed virtual memory size, it should be at least twice your RAM size, meaning at least 2048 for your system, better yet, make it 3072MB and put it on a secondary hdd if you can.

ok now that i know it the mem, what should i do?
its only when i game, so i dont really want to toss the mem
