Do you guys refill your own cartridges or do you just buy new ones?

I have a Canon MP160 and it's low on

221BK
221M
221Y
220BK
221C

I've heard of refilling these instead of buying new to save money.

Thoughts?

If you're picky about color and you like what you get out of your printer with the manufacturer's inks then stick with that. Refilling inks can save money but can sometimes give you trouble with print quality. Really depends on the specific printer and ink.

I have a brothers MFC-495CW and buy all of my ink from a guy on ebay. I have had no issues with print quality and pay a lot less than retail.

As in he does print refills in cartridges and sells it for a lot cheaper?

Yeah I don't care about quality much. Just trying to print basic stuff most of the time.
