Printer toner problem

Got a Lexmark Optra T614 printer here in my office that recently ran outta toner, got a refill, but ended up printing the whole left side being all black. Now we got a new OEM toner does the same thing. Printer was printing fine before the refill. Anyone got any experience with this type of printer problem?
 
Call Lexmark and ask them what's up. They'll tell you which part to replace. It won't be a toner, I can tell you that.
