Last week I pulled an old plotter out of the companies storage area, it is an HP DesignJet 750c+. Got everything running on it with no major complications, and printed several plots. This morning I got a call from the engineering department saying that it is not working. So I tried power cycling and noticed that after it goes through the "Initializing" stage the LCD just goes blank instead of going to the "ready" status.
Since this is a pretty old plotter there isn't much available for support. I was hoping maybe someone had used one in the past, and possibly had some tips on what to do to get this thing running again.
