printer paper roller problem

i had used this canon 250sp for quite a few years. No it finally broke down. The paper roller seems not functioning well. 1 side pulling while another not. So the paper not balance when being pull into the machine. Then jam and pull back and vice verca. Means cannot print. Anyway can fix things thing? Or can it still be fix? thanks
